If you receive a defective or damaged product, or if there is an error in your order, please contact us within 1-2 hours of receiving the product. We will evaluate your request for a return or refund based on the product category and condition.
To be eligible for a return or refund, the product must be in its original, undamaged packaging. Please do not put any tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
If your product is eligible for a refund, we will contact you and initiate a refund via bank transfer. We will process your refund after receiving the returned item, and it will take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
We do not offer exchanges for food items, except in cases where we have shipped the wrong item. If you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 1-2 hours, and we will send the correct item to you.
